Love asks for nothing …
In silence, strength grows within
Heart vast, yet unseen

A person’s capacity for love and emotional depth is immense, but it may not be outwardly visible or recognized by others. But someone can hold deep feelings and a profound emotional state within themselves, even if those feelings are not acknowledged or reciprocated. There’s strength and richness of such unexpressed emotions and it only deepens quietly over time …

  1. Lovely video, Roksana. Looks like it was another beautiful day.

Personally, I find more satisfaction from making others happy than I do from my own happiness. Knowing that I made someone smile or laugh gives me a pleasure that lasts for days.

    1. Thank you for sharing this!

You’re living the life beautifully. You’ve found the fulfillment in spreading joy. It’s a gift that some beautiful people can have. True, you keep growing the more you give. Your kindness clearly makes a big difference to the people around you

I’m glad to have known you dear friend, Richard

  2. oh, i bet they do get stronger — from loving without concern for exchanged affection. I find that older people are like that towards young ones…friends and family alike. The strongest paternal/maternal love i’ve felt from others were people that were not close family. — I am not sure about the richness. Maybe there’s a sense of intrinsic satisfaction that caring for others beyond ourselves gives us insight into our own ability to be altruistic.
