You’re going to realize it one day that happiness was never about your job, or your degree, or being in a relationship. Happiness was never about following in the footsteps of all of those who came before you, it was never about being like the others
One day, you’re going to see it that happiness was always about the discovery, the hope, the listening to your heart and following it wherever it chose to go. Happiness was always about being kinder to yourself, it was always about embracing the person you were becoming
One day, you will understand that happiness was always about learning how to live with yourself, that happiness was never in the hands of other people. It was always about you. It was always about you

Now tell me,
What brings you genuine happiness?
How do you nurture joy within yourself?
What does it mean to feel truly at peace inside?
How do you define a content and fulfilled inner self?
What practices help you cultivate lasting happiness from within?
Wow, so many questions! But I really do love asking them, and even more, I enjoy hearing your responses …
Those are difficult questions to answer…
To me, happiness is fleeting. Trying to find happiness is like trying to capture a handful of smoke. Instead, I try to find contentment and live in the moment.
Joy, however, can come from anywhere. For me, it’s seeing my dogs happy and playing, or hearing the laughter of someone I love. I do my best to remember those moments so I can recall them when I’m feeling down.
I also think it’s different for everyone. It all depends on our personalities, our moods, our environments.
I hope you have a happy day, Roksana, and a wonderful week.

Sorry for too many questions!
I really get what you’re saying about happiness feeling like something you can’t quite hold onto, it can slip away so easily. I agree
Finding contentment does seem like a more enduring goal, and those small joyful moments, as for me, being with my dear ones, watching movie together, giving happy surprises, having some deep conversations, painting or walking together, or arranging simple little cosy get together with the loved ones and making them smile – all these are truly treasures worth holding onto
Thank you Richard, for sharing this, and for being so open on this!
Wishing you a day full of such meaningful moments and a wonderful week ahead, too

But sometimes you love other people so much that their happiness becomes your happiness. If they’re not fine, it definitely makes you sad and hamper your happiness …
And it’s also true, happiness is an inside job. Only the brave hearts are happy with their own company.
Like me, I’m a brave heart. I can live with myself in any part of the world and happiness surrounds me like shadow that never leaves me –
Too much philosophy for now!
Okay, bye 🙈
