When clouds gather without warning
You steady my breath with your stillness
We’re brave weather, together …
When the day feels heavy with silence
Your presence makes room for light
We’re brave weather, together …
When a door closes I wasn’t ready for
You sit beside me without needing words
We’re brave weather, together …
When I fall behind the confusion of things
You slow down so I don’t feel lost
We’re brave weather, together …
Even when the air shifts, and so do we
Nothing is the same, but we remain
Because we’re brave weather, together …
Aren’t we?
I♥️
What a lovely thought!

I love this expression, “we’re brave weather, together”
and you use it so effectively at the end of each verse.
The picture is perfect….a lifetime of brave weather, together.
A lovely poem, Roksana:)

I feel this poem conveys both frailty and strength, Roksana, which is pretty much the definition of the human experience. We can’t do it all ourselves and sometimes we need someone else there to give us a little support.
Hope you have a wonderful day. 🌞

I’m glad you noticed that tender balance! I hoped it would show and your words really affirm that! 🙃
