Butterfly

Let go of the past

Trust the future

Embrace change

Come out of the cocoon

Unfurl your wings

Dare to get off the ground

Ride the breezes

Savor the flowers

Put on your brightest colors

Let your beauty show.

Just Live It

Life is too deep for words, so don’t try to describe it, just live it.

C. S. Lewis

Ray of Beauty

Flowers… are a proud assertion that a ray of beauty out values all the utilities in the world.

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Draw Freely – A Painting

I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.

Albert Einstein

Silent Poetry – A Painting

Painting is silent poetry, and poetry is a painting that speaks.

Earth’s Blessings

You’re only here for a short visit. Don’t hurry, don’t worry. And be sure to smell the flowers along the way.”

Walter Hagen

Smell the Flower

A flower cannot blossom without sunshine, and a man cannot live without love.

Max Muller

Glitters

“It’s not what you have on the outside that glitters in light,

it’s what you have on the inside that shines in the dark.”

― Anthony Liccione

The Whole World is Garden

“If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden.”–

Frances Hodgson Burnett

Dreamy Pines – A Painting

Study the teachings of the pine tree, the bamboo, and the plum blossom. The pine is evergreen, firmly rooted, and venerable. The bamboo is strong, resilient, unbreakable. The plum blossom is hardy, fragrant, and elegant.”

Morihei Ueshiba

Unfinished – A Painting

May be I could have done something else with this art, but then I thought to abandon it just like this, and sign it ‘roksanaamelia’ with a charcoal.

Art is never finished, only abandoned.
-Leonardo da Vinci

The Wooden Bridge

This bridge will only take you halfway there

To those mysterious lands you long to see

Shel Silverstein
The wooden bridge. We went there to observe this bridge. Its not so stable, yet people are passing through it randomly, and we even saw some motorbikes were running so fast. They are not scared. But we were scared, thought it will break anytime.
We loved the scenery though. The river water was not so deep. The boats are sailing. People are doing their jobs upon the river bank. Ahh! What a beautiful breeze by the bank of this river Korotoa.

Stillness

I think I have learnt something of the value of stillness. I don’t fret so much; I laugh at myself more often; I don’t laugh at others. I live life at my own pace. Like a banyan tree. Is this wisdom, or is it just old age?”
