A Book with A Few Thoughts

Some days I like to walk with a book….
And with that, there are some words to reflect..

Don’t go back to past.
There’s nothing you can do about it.
Accept where you’re at and move on and try be in the present.
Have gratitude for what you already have.
Have compassion and accept what is.
And if you can change it, it’s okay.
But there are somethings that you need to accept that you can’t change
And if you can’t change, let it go.
Be who you’re and people will like you.

A grief is a grief is a grief, and there’s not a piece of me that believes one loss is greater than another…Everyone’s loss is greater in their life. Try to understand this and be empathetic about it. So in a world where you can be anything, be kind.

Time is the finest gift one can give to other from heart and soul. Empathy is the truest attribute one can possess for others.

Just “Don’t ever give anybody enough power to bring back the triggered unhealed version of you, when you’ve worked so hard to become better than that” ….

I hope the name is fine for addressing. Or else, I don’t know how to get your name. Hope you understand if I m wrong to call you Shanky.

However, you have the understanding, so you get the gist of it all.

      I believe
      Empathy is the key.
Be present at the present – very important!

      Thanks once again!

  2. Good evening, Roksana Ji.
It’s wise to accept the past and concentrate on the present, Roksana lady; to practice gratitude and compassion; and to accept the things that cannot be altered. Be true to yourself and let go of the things you cannot control. Follow these guidelines to embrace inner serenity, personal development, and real connections with others. It is best to let go of things you cannot change because holding onto them might cause unneeded tension and frustration. You can concentrate on the things you can control when you learn to let go of them. However, things are not that easy.

It is true that all grieving is the same, and I don’t in the least think that one loss is worse than another. Each person has experienced greater losses in life. I concur that it is preferable to comprehend this and show empathy for it. Being kind is
Therefore, the key to success in a world where anything is possible.

Thank you so much for sharing your very good thoughts and guidance.
    Best wishes to you.

“The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.”
