I have many interests but most of them arent necessarily to provide myself joys. I think I engage in them just to keep my mind occupied and distracted. But, always always, my greatest state of happiness is found when i’m in the company of my lovely family. Simply being with them is the greatest joy I could possibly wish for. Unfortunately, those times are not often and I live for the next time….
Keeping your mind occupied and distracted with the things that interest you is one good thing, right?
There’s a unique happiness that comes from being surrounded by loved ones. Dear Stephie, cherish those moment when you have it. And I love your appreciation for your family’s company. It is truly heartwarming.
I watch birds, play the piano, swim laps…all of these things bring me joy..write poetry, compose music on Garage Band, make videos on YouTube..always grateful for each moment:)
