Autumn arrives gently, with leaves of red, yellow and gold falling around me. I want to stay in its soft beauty, holding onto the fading light a little longer …
Dear Fall,
Do not leave me
Do not let me go …

i too love autumn. The cooler temps, the warm colors, the enjoyment of outdoor gatherings, and the leaves brushing by to whisper warnings that things are dying and that we must prepare for a harsh winter which will require much planning. — And I must confess that I love Spring too which awakens us to the miracle of survival, renewed growth and the marvelous buds and blossoms dotting our landscape. It would be difficult to choose between a favorite of those two seasons, but it’d be ez to admit that I am not fond of winter and summer at all. — your poem is precious! I hope you are enjoying every marvelous day of Autumn in your corner of the world, my friend! And that you are stocking up on warmth….

When people ask me what my favorite season is, I tell them I don’t have one. It’s the change of seasons that I love. That in-between time when everything is in flux, a little warm, a little cool, and nature is either falling asleep or waking up.
I love your photos. They really capture the nuances of fall. Cheers, my friend!

That’s a wonderful way to put it, ‘Nature is either falling asleep or waking up.’ I also love every season, each has its own unique charm. But, we believe that the real beauty lies in change itself!!
I’m happy you loved the photos!
Here’s to appreciating the beauty in change
Cheers to you too, my friend
Have a great weekend soon!
