Musings

What is it called when someone says, “Move on”,
A goodbye, a lesson, or a wound learning its own name?

There is a word I often use when sharing my thoughts, or insights with you:
Musings

But what does it really mean?

For me, a musing is not a lesson carved in stone, nor a declaration of certainty. It is a thought paused long enough to be noticed. It is a question that lingers, an observation that refuses to pass without chaos, a feeling seeking its shape through words …

When I write my musings, I am not claiming wisdom. I am simply inviting reflection, or some questions that linger within me for long …

I do not always write to arrive at an answer. Often, I write to sit beside the question.

To me, musings are fragments of understanding gathered along the way, moments when life whispers something subtle, and I feel compelled to listen. They may arise from joy, grief, wonder, disappointment, or the spaces in between. They are not conclusions but companions on the journey of becoming …

When I share these reflections with you, I am opening a window into the landscape of my thoughts. Some musings may resonate deeply; others may simply pass by like clouds. Both are welcome …

Perhaps that is the beauty of a musing: it does not ask us to agree. It asks us to pause, to consider, and maybe to discover a thought of our own hidden within it …

So when you find the word musings here, think of it as an invitation, not to follow my path, but to wander for a moment through the questions, insights, and reflections that life leaves behind …

What do you say?

Bravery

Climb the hill
Then jump across the small gap
Bravery feels free …

I Read It As

A university degree, four books, and hundreds of articles and I still make mistakes when reading, You write to me “good morning” and I read it as, “I love you” …

Finding Joy

Desires unmet, dreams fade
Yet, gratitude fills the heart
Finding joy in what we have …

#roksanatales

Discovering happiness doesn’t always involve fulfilling your desires.; it’s about cherishing what you already possess and expressing gratitude for it …

Finding Joy in life’s simple yet priceless pleasures, like

-relishing solitude at home
-preparing homemade meals
-writing letters in such era of emojis and instant messaging
-engaging in agenda less conversations with loved ones
-spreading joy with smiles and laughter
-lighting fragrant candles
-tending to plants, and
-expressing ‘I love you’ selflessly and unconditionally
-coming back to home by walking and appreciating the friendly neighbourhood and the beautiful surroundings with greenery and flower blossoming

And many more of such things ….

Please do share some of your small moments in which you find joy ….

Reflect on
‘Who are you going to be’
From
‘What are you going to do? ….

You know you want to do right things.
Then if you know who you are going to be, then
You’ll choose to be KIND in whatever you do.

It is said, ‘“If you have the choice between being right and being kind, choose being kind”, a quote taken from American philosopher, Dr. Wayne W. Dyer.

This quote makes me think about the impact of kindness on other people’s lives …

Consciously choose to be kind …

Just was getting ready to take a picture in front of Buddha Dordenma Statue but the click was done just like that! So an untimely mistake of a moment gone by – captured … but they say nothing is untimely … everything happens at its own pace and in its own time …

Love it ♥️
